There is no shortage of Lindt chocolate Easter bunnies out in the shops here in Hong Kong. We love bunnies as a symbol for the Easter holiday. In previous years we have always purchased live bunnies for our kids during the holiday. We would let the rabbits hop around our fenced in back yard, never caging them. But this year there will be no live animals given to our children. Just the chocolate kind.
