I was dreaming blue for months when I was preparing for this party. Blue Hawaiian punch, I made blue dog bone sugar cookies, bought blue with white polka dotted napkins and plates from Target, served bagel wrapped mini hotdog's (made by Nathan's), potato chips, turkey wraps, cut up fresh fruit & vegetables. Dressed up the mustard bottle by tying paw print ribbon around it.
