We chose to do a family costume again this year. And we chose to be The Beatles. After talking my daughter out of being a princess, she was super excited to be Ringo Starr. My favorite aspect about design is designing costumes or events as economical as possible. My daughter's black suit was a suit that my son had outgrown. We borrowed my husband's suit jacket from a good friend of ours. Black spray paint for the little ties and black fabric dye for my tie, and we were good to go. I drew the musical instruments on poster board. Please ignore the fact that I accidentally drew my husband's guitar backwards. We know that Paul McCartney was left handed.
