I found the party planner paradise here in Hong Kong. A borough called Sham Shui Po. For the seamstress and the crafter in me, it has everything you might need, except the kitchen sink. Actually if you go down the right street you will be able to purchase the kitchen sink.
Shops full of ribbon, lace, and fabric. Buttons galore. My mind goes wild with the possibilities of that I might be able to make.
It's difficult not knowing where to find what you need, here in Hong Kong. There are definitely no stores as convenient as Hobby Lobby, Micheal's, or even Target. Fabric shopping looks completely different here in Hong Kong!
