Our Family Tradition.
Christmas morning brunch is the same every year in our family since the movie "The Family Stone" came out. Back in the States, the kid's Papa and Nana would join us, but this year in Hong Kong, it was just our family of four for breakfast.
We kept the menu simple with fresh fruit, sausage links, and strata. In the corner of our table, we set up a small juice bar. We brought out the champagne flutes for an added festive touch to the meal. We will post the recipe for the strata in the next few days, but this is the perfect Christmas morning dish to just throw into the oven and allow it to bake while the kids are opening up presents.
