Edible Fireworks.

In our series for the Fourth of July holiday, we thought these fruit skewers resembled fireworks and were a fun way to get kids {and adults} to eat fruit. For our Hello Kitty party, we served fruit skewers with each child's name personalized on them, and this is a similar idea. Everything tastes better on a stick!
